Ready for some deep healing? Foot reflexology is an ancient healing modality of manipulating points on the feet that correspond to organs, and systems of the body. 

We will begin with a relaxing warm herbal foot soak and scrub and a full hour of Reflexology. You will find reflexology is a completely restorative and meditative experience and energy work will be flowing during your treatment. I will provide a restorative foot massage/reflexology session that concentrates on areas of the body needing clearing and healing through the foot. Perfect for runners, foot surgery recovery and stress management. Your spirit will feel refreshed and grounded. Your body will feel light and clear. Your mind will feel at ease and ready for positive thinking.

A fully clothed session will leave you feeling like you received a full body massage and all systems aligned. Caution: Highly addictive! Wildly popular!

A journey for the senses includes a relaxation massage that is deep on an energetic level, focus work on the spots that are tight and need attention, and energy flow as needed. The organic body balm used is so gentle to the skin while giving glide the hands. A full 60 minute session.

Relaxation massage with warm Himalayan Salt Stones and Reiki energy flow create the most nurturing body work experience. Salt Stones have healing properties for the mind, skin and muscles. Your skin will feel soft and the body loose and relaxed. The organic body balm used is so gentle to the skin while giving glide to warm stones and hands. A full 60 min session.

Reflexology for the entire body through the extremities! 

You start with a foot soak and warm paraffin hand dip to begin the healing to all energy points on the hands, feet, ears and head. A deeply relaxing and meditative session complete with sound bath and aromatherapy. Energy holds, reflexology massage and point activation on key points along with energy work will soothe the mind, body and spirit.

90 min $95

Reiki energywork is an intuitive full body light or no touch energy healing session. In the hour session I will complete an auric energy scan and concentrate on areas of the body the need clearing and healing. Your spirit will feel refreshed and grounded. Your body will feel light and clear. Your mind will feel at ease and ready for clear thinking. As a Reiki Master Healer with psychic abilities, I will hold space for you and share any intuitive information I receive. Clearing sound bath and aromatherapy are used as needed or requested.

Sessions are full clothes and there is no preparation for the client to do, just be ready to feel amazing!

60 min $70

Steam and Sauna treatments are known to relax the mind, sooth and warm the skin plus reduce stress. Our Herbal Steam tent is a healing stand alone treatment or can be added on to a massage. You will have privacy as you disrobe and enter the steam tent to a comfortable chair. Steam infused with fresh ginger, lemon balm, lemongrass and lime leaves surrounds the body. Sinuses open, skin receives moisture, muscles relax and the mind clears as you enjoy up to 20 minutes of steam with a relaxing time to cool off and meditate. Towels and water are provided.

I will discover with the cards and intuition what answers or direction are available for you. Like our extended Foot Reflexology sessions but for the client with a busy schedule. A full 30 minutes of foot reflexology with warm herbal towels and aromatic foot balm.

Are you needing a quick reset that will leave you feeling lighter and balanced? A thirty minute Reiki balance with aromatherapy and sound bath is just what you need. Traditional Reiki session that concentrates on the Chakra system and healing that gives a sense of well-being and peace. The session begins and ends with essential oils and singing bowl sound bath. Perfect for that client that doesn't have much time but needs self care.

Head and face massage is a thoroughly relaxing session. Massage, holds, energy point activations, ear massage and energy work are all part of the therapeutic treatment.

No massage medium like oil is used so hair stays dry. Session ends with a refreshing essential oil blend. No preparation is needed other than to remove necklaces and earrings if possible. It's so relaxing!
