These natural salt stones use extra heat and organic healing properties of salt to relieve tight muscles and balance energy all while giving you the therapeutic warming of a hot stone massage. The organic body balm used is gentle to the skin while giving glide the hands and the smooth hot stones.

Starting with a quick consultation, we will determine which muscles and areas of the body are ailing you. During the session, we will use deep massage work modalities such as sans hands (forearm, knuckles, and elbow work), bamboo massage, myofacial release, and trigger point therapy to unlock stubborn knots and muscle impingements.

We will begin with a relaxing hot water herbal foot soak to warm up the feet and from there, a full hour of Reflexology and Reiki.

As we work on your feet, specific points will be assessed and balanced to bring healing to your whole body. You start with a foot soak and warm paraffin hand dip to begin the healing to all energy points on the hands, feet, ears and head. A deeply relaxing and meditative session complete with sound bath and aromatherapy.
